THE BREATHING B | LA RESPIRACIÓN B

 
 
  1. Place your finger on the yellow triangle and slowly trace up and around the top curve of the B as you take a deep breath in.

  2. When you come back around to the yellow triangle, continue to trace around the bottom curve of the B as you breathe out slowly.

  3. Keep tracing the breathing B until you start to feel your body calm down.


  1. Coloqua tu dedo en el triángulo amarillo y traza lentamente hacia arriba y alrededor de la curva superior de la B mientras respira profundamente.

  2. Cuando regreses al triángulo amarillo, continúe trazando la curva inferior de la B mientras exhala lentamente.

  3. Sigue trazando la respiración B hasta que empieces a sentir que tu cuerpo se calma.
